GENESIS CLINICAL SERVICES is a well established, innovative, full-service clinical private practice that is transforming the mental health and wellness industry. Our self-motivated team is comprised of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Masters Level Therapists, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors & Social Workers and a dynamic administrative team to round out our turnkey clinic. 

We are located in Wheaton, Illinois. GENESIS is comprised of a collaborative network of mental health professionals devoted to delivering the highest quality behavioral health services in the Western Suburbs. 

Genesis prides itself on having professional staff to answer your phone calls during the business hours of Monday through Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Please call our Patient Relations Department at (630) 653-6441 X0 with any questions.

We guarantee should our staff be assisting another patient, leave a message, and you will receive a response within 24 business hours.    

After business hours, you can dial our main number and select option 2 to be connected to our after hours answering service (815) 741-5727.

Medication Management policy

Many Pharmacies will automatically fax refill requests.  Due to periodic changes in medications, please alert your pharmacy that Genesis Clinical Services does not accept FAXED refill requests, and we are not set up to receive electronic refill requests

Should you need a refill on your medications, speak to your pharmacist directly first.  You may have refills on file with your local pharmacy that can be refilled immediately without contacting our office.   Once you speak to your pharmacist and you establish there is no refills on file, call our prescription hotline at (630) 653-6441 X501 and follow prompts.

Patients also have the option to email their request by clicking here - please allow 24-48 hours for requests to be processed. Your pharmacy will contact you when medication is ready for pick up.

All our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners have the ability to E-prescribe. Please make sure you have your medications filled at the time of your in office (or Telehealth) session.

Update in No Show / Late Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you call our office within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.  By doing this, it allows another patient to be seen by the doctor/therapist during that time slot. 

Failure to contact our office may result in a fee ($75 for a 30 minute or $125 for 45- 60 minute session) applied to your account for missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
